When a call comes for help or there is a question, we can join you on your desktop in a moments to help. Safetynet Support is designed for customers who have one or more IT staff (Or limited IT ability) in place but still want instant access to Safeharbour's technical knowledge and experience when they need it. This is useful for providing cover during absence, to fill in any 'skills gaps' you may have or as a safetynet when exoloiting new areas of IT. Callout Support is the traditional method of hourly on-site support preferred by some customers and, surprisingly, it is still the only service offered by many IT companies today. WIth Callout Support, we provide you with reactive support on an hour-by-hour basis. Reactive support means that Safeharbour have no continuing relationship with your IT; you call us when you have a problem and we fix it.
