Our BusinessHub offers all the features you'd expect from a telephone system:
• Multiple incoming and outgoing lines, using and mixture of Analogue, ISDN or Voice-over-IP (VoIP) lines
• Group ring, call hunt, DDI's
• Call hold, transfer and parking
• Voicemail and music on hold
In addition, the following options will enhance the way you communicate:
• All extensions are securely connected using the Internet Protocol (IP), meaning you can have an extension anywhere there is an internet connection; in the office, in another building, at home, in another office or another country. And all calls between these extensions are free.
• Voice menus enable you to offer your customers a professional and effective response to their call ,and time of day routing enables you to let them know when your offices are closed. Call queues enable you to respond to your customer so they don't get a ringing tone or a busy tone.
• You can be notified of a voicemail by email, and can even have the voicemail delived as an attachement too.
• Conferences allow two or more people to take part in the same conversation.
• Callback and DISA enable travelling workers to access the system as if they were in the office.
• All calls can be recorded for later review.
